It is a key railhead on the Chennai–Mumbai and Chennai–Hyderabad routes, with a large number of express and superfast trains halting there, making it highly convenient for travelers from across the country. Tirupati Railway Station (TPTY) is also active, especially for trains terminating in Tirupati.

By Road:

Local Transport
Auto-rickshaws, taxis, and app-based ride services like Ola are widely available in the city. Most locations, including the conference venue, hotels, and tourist attractions, are within short driving distance.
Accommodation
Accommodation for registered participants will be arranged in the hostels at the conference venue at an additional nominal charge of ₹500–1000. These well-maintained hostels offer basic facilities including shared rooms, bedding, and dining services, ensuring convenient access to all conference sessions and networking activities. Due to limited availability, hostel accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with separate arrangements for male and female participants. Interested participants must indicate their preference during registration.

For those who prefer private accommodation or are traveling with family, Tirupati offers a wide range of hotels—from budget to luxury—within a 25–30 km radius of the venue. Attendees opting for off-campus accommodation are requested to make their own arrangements.
Food and Dining
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be provided to all registered participants on all conference days. These will be served at the designated dining area within the conference venue or nearby campus facilities.

The menu will include a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, reflecting local and regional cuisines. Special dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free) can be accommodated upon prior request during the registration process.
Tea/coffee and light snacks will also be served during scheduled breaks to ensure participants stay energized and have opportunities to network informally. We aim to make your conference experience comfortable and enjoyable, both intellectually and socially.
